You may be asked to submit personal information about yourself when you make a booking. We will collect this information so we can fulfil your booking request. The types of information we may seek to collect include (without limitation) your name, e-mail address, billing information (including holding credit card information for use in case of no-shows), telephone number, survey responses, current and past booking details, company name (if applicable), dietary requirements and marketing preferences.

When you access our website, there is “Device Information” about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Play In Golf. This information can include (without limitation) device type, cookies, operating system, IP address, generic location, browser type and information, settings, referring website addresses, domain names and access times.

Would you like to work for us?

You may submit your CV if you’re interested in working for us info@playingolf.co.uk. Information you may need to provide includes personal details, employment details, education, salary history and other relevant information to the role. This information will be used by us to help us to assess your application. We may also keep it in our records for future reference. Please get in contact if you would no longer like us to hold your records.

How is your information used?

Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis, either because it is necessary to complete a booking, because you have consented to our use of your personal data (e.g. by subscribing to emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests.
